Glenn's Space Flight An Inspiration To Seniors

The importance of Senator John Glenn's second trip into space is not that it will result in any great scientific discovery. The importance of the trip is the inspiration that it will provide to older people that age is not necessarily the end of the ability to achieve physical feats. If you care for your body, it can be superior for a long time. Today, lifestyle is the dominant factor in ill health and premature death. Smoking, hard drugs, abusive drinking, overeating, too much stress, environmental ignorance, and a myriad of other ills continue to destroy our lives long before they should be ending.
