James C. Benerofe, the editor of OpEd.com, has been the editor and publisher of Suburban Street news for the past 22 years. Suburban Street news is a community newspaper that has been serving the City of White Plains, New York. Prior to newspaper publishing Mr. Benerofe was involved in residential real estate ownership and management for a family owned real estate business. Although he is still active in real estate, his primary business activity is publishing and internet site development.
He lives with his wife and four children in White Plains, New York. He is a graduate of Brunswick School in Greenwich , Connecticut. He attended Rider College and New York University.
